They recharged us for the movie on our checkout bill, but corrected it when I brought it to their attention. We brought the popcorn home & it's delicious. The champagne and snack were in the room upon arrival. I prepaid a movie night package (one pay per view movie, champagne and caramel popcorn) prior to our arrival. There was a little mold/mildew on the grout behind the soaking tub/massage controls. One shower curtain liner looked like it had been in the bottom of a clothes hamper for a month (it was clean but was a total wrinkled mess). very dark (heavy, dusty, dated draperies, and very dim lamps). Nice enough hotel but certainly not spectacular. We had a light dinner in the attic and the food was very good. Just know it's classified as a 5-star resort, but appeared to us to be 5-star pricing only. I wouldn't go out of my way to recommend this place and also wouldn't really discourage anyone. Didn't seem to be any "special touches" in the room, just a basic room, for a not so basic price. Other than her, all support staff (valets, servers, front desk) were very gracious. The hostess in the "Attic" was pretentious and a little rude when seating us. No matches in room to light the fire, but was corrected quickly.
